Head of Brand
Cabify is a well funded, fast-growing private transport app and service operating in over 10 countries across Europe and Latin America. With the help of our drivers we've improved transportation options across more than 40 cities and we're only getting started. We have a funky head office in Madrid and local offices in each of our cities. In maintaining the culture of an early-stage startup we have a very open, flexible culture and flat organization.
We're looking for someone to lead the evolution of the Cabify brand through our next phase of growth. You'll lead a cross-functional team in defining and implement a brand strategy on a global and local level. You'll be expected to propose initiatives and impact change across departments and countries. We're looking for someone who is passionate about the transport revolution, who can express views about the role Brand can play in our growth over the coming years and someone who can roll up their sleeves to ensure suggested changes are rolled out.

- Experience leading Brand teams on agency and/or client side
- Experience impacting change across departments/companies
- Experience working with brands in multiple countries/cultures
- Brand research and positioning experience
- Knowledge of Latin American markets
- Any experience in a "scrappy" or startup environment would be beneficial
- Good taste
- Exceptional communicator
