We are looking for a Global IT Manager who will manage our internal helpdesk, local IT managers and define IT policies that help to support our growing business. This person will report to the Head of Engenieering.

RESPONSIBILITIES:a. Support (remote/on site) on matters related to end users' computers (Windows/Mac/Chromebook) and desktop/cloud software such us Microsoft Office, Office365, LibreOffice, G-suite, Gmail, AODocs, Cloudlock, Mail and Outlook.

b. LAN/wifi administration specifically Ubiquiti's UNIFI.

c. Printers administration & management.

d. Telephony, VoIP and video conference administration and configuration, Zoom, Aircall & Hangouts.

e. Users administration (coordinated with HR).

f. Content developer and instructor for end users' training program.

g. Define and execute security policies.

h. Define and execute technology purchasing policy (PCs, laptops, smartphones, printers, routers, peripherals).

i. Support and investigate to configure any SaaS needed in the company.



Requirements


a. Installation, troubleshooting and configuration of PC & laptops (Windows/Mac/Linux), peripherals, printers, Microsoft Windows/MacOS operating systems, Microsoft Office, Google Apps (Sheets, Docs,...). Windows imaging process, sysprep, etc.b. Mastery of popular desktop and e-mail applications.

c. Customer oriented. Negotiating skills is a must.

e. Spanish and English are mandatory. Portuguese is desirable.

f. Multinational experience in the same role will be valuable.

g. Some Google Script will be a plus
